About the role Tintin Flowers Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Rep to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our customers in the Geylang Central Region. As a key member of our sales organisation, you will play a crucial part in the company's continued growth and success. What you'll be doing Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies Accurately track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance Continuously seek to expand your product knowledge and industry expertise What we're looking for Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the flowers or retail industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive, self-motivated attitude and a passion for driving business growth What we offer At Tintin Flowers Pte.
