Brand Marketing Associate - Regional Marketing Join us to apply for the Brand Marketing Associate - Regional Marketing role at Shopee . Plan and execute marketing activations across various offline and online channels, collaborating effectively with stakeholders to enable quick adoption. Develop and improve reporting methodologies to track campaign effectiveness, customer insights, and overall business performance. Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights. Create qualitative and quantitative reports to evaluate marketing activation success and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. Identify gaps and opportunities with the team to enhance marketing plans and increase branding and commercial impact. Job Requirements Relevant Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced organization. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with comfort working with numbers. Detail-oriented, data-driven, with strong analytical problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across diverse markets. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in complex project management. Experience with Talkwalker and/or Emplifi is required.
