Biomedical Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Operations Coordinator to support the safe and efficient delivery of dialysis services. This role combines technical expertise in biomedical equipment with operational support, ensuring seamless care delivery through equipment maintenance, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and calibrate dialysis machines, water treatment systems, and related biomedical equipment.
  • Ensure all machines are compliant with regulatory standards and service requirements.
  • Liaise with external vendors for repairs, servicing, and equipment upgrades when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate equipment service records and ensure timely documentation.
Clinic Support and Compliance
  • Support daily clinic operations including inventory management, logistics, and procurement of medical consumables and supplies.
  • Ensure all machines are compliant with regulatory standards and service requirements.
  • Liaise with external vendors for repairs, servicing, and equipment upgrades when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate equipment service records and ensure timely documentation.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with clinic staff, including nurses and administrative teams, to ensure smooth clinic workflow.
  • Provide technical guidance to nursing staff on basic troubleshooting of dialysis machines.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or dialysis setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of dialysis machines and water treatment systems is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently, multi-task, and manage timelines effectively.
Working Conditions:
  • Hybrid
  • May be required to travel to other clinic sites for support.
  • May need to respond to equipment issues outside of regular working hours.
