Senior Executive, Group Finance & Compliance
The Senior Executive, Group Finance & Compliance will primarily be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, internal control and compliance, treasury management, and strategic financial planning. This role is based in Singapore and covers the AsiaPac Group of companies within the region.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and review business processes, identifying risks and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of controls
Assist in developing workflows and procedures for improvements and alignment with group policies
Coordinate with internal stakeholders in the preparation for annual CSA exercises, including providing guidance to control owners, process owners for submission
Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, including helping with data gathering from subsidiaries, reviewing subsidiary submissions and consolidation entries
Assist with treasury related matters such as intercompany funding, debt service, FX trades, ensuring proper controls and timely execution
