Roles & Responsibilities Job Purpose : WINNING HEARTS EVERY DAY – Win the hearts of guest through consistent execution of role fundamentals. Description : Team Members play mission-critical roles in either front-of-house or back-of-house areas in the restaurant. Their focus is the delivery of great tasting food, genuine hospitality, fast and accurate service inside a clean and safe environment. GENUINE HOSPITALITY – SERVING FROM THE HEART 1. Treating all customers with honour, dignity and respect; anticipating their needs; and resolving all their problems. Using CORE 4, HEARD model and executing 2nd Mile Service. 2. To measure performance in this area, we use these key metrics: a. Attentive and Courteous employees b. Problem Resolution GREAT TASTING FOOD – PROVIDE SAFE, HIGH QUALITY, CRAVEABLE FOOD 1. Meeting quality requirements and serving food that is safe to eat all day, every day, develops trust with customers and shows them we care. 2. To measure performance in this area, we use these key metrics: a. Taste of food b. Temperature of food c. Portion size FAST AND ACCURATE – DELIVER ACCURATE ORDERS IN A QUICK MANNER 1. By executing this fundamental with excellence, we let guests know we value their time and their business-and fast and accurate service is one reason why customers keep coming back, specifically to take away their food. 2. To measure performance in this area, we use these key metrics: a. Fast Service b. Order Accuracy CLEAN & SAFE ENVIRONMENT – MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS & SAFETY STANDARDS 1. Offering our customers a clean and safe environment is paramount to showing high levels of care. For many customers, this priority is the most important value for dining with us. 2.
