What you will be working on:


• Conduct user research to better understand the needs, behaviours, and pain points of the target audience, analyse and synthesise research findings to inform design decisions and improve user experience
• Identify user needs and translate them into wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes (web and mobile interfaces)
• Develop user experiences that are desirable and intuitive, with well-balanced solutions that also consider organisational needs, feasibility and viability
• Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback on design prototypes and live products
• Provide design feedback and testing support to ensure high-quality implementation during the development phase

What we are looking for:


• Possess knowledge and skills in Product or Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI Design or a related field
• Experience implementing projects using diverse user research methodologies and usability testing
• A proactive and fast learner who can work independently as well as with others
• Strong technical and conceptual design skills
• Proficiency in Figma and other similar design or collaboration tools, e.g. Miro
• Good understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices
• Understanding of WCAG web accessibility standards and best practices and knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
