The Role

  • We are seeking an accomplished professional to design and implement customized logistics solutions for clients across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review tender documents related to warehousing, transportation, and value-added services to assess client requirements and operational needs.
  • Develop end-to-end operational models and conduct detailed resource planning in areas such as space utilization, facility layout, MHE (material handling equipment), and workforce planning (FTE).
  • Collaborate closely with local partners to source and manage relationships that ensure regional capabilities align with project needs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in 3PL solution design or logistics engineering is required.
  • A strong knowledge of the Asia regional 3PL logistics market, including geographic, industry, and commercial dynamics, is essential.
  • An established network of local functional partners, particularly in specialized areas such as cold-chain logistics, free zones, and DG (dangerous goods) operations, is necessary.
  • Strong strategic thinking, technical logistics expertise, and a solid presence in the regional supply chain ecosystem are expected from the ideal candidate.
