Responsibilities Procurement Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the project procurement strategy aligned with project objectives, schedules, and budgets. Collaborate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to define procurement requirements and timelines. Supplier Management: Lead the sourcing, pre-qualification, and selection of suppliers/vendors for materials, equipment, and subcontracting services. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance. Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve disputes or non-conformities. Tendering & Contracting: Prepare and issue RFQs (Request for Quotations), tenders, and bid evaluations. Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), and project requirements. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor procurement team members, fostering collaboration and professional development. Complete other tasks assigned by Procurement Manager. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Management, Business or Engineering degree is preferred Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management or related work Experience procuring complex, critical and high value equipment and material Those with Saudi Aramco /Qatar Energy project experience will have an added advantage How to apply Please email Mary at and send your resume in MS Word format.
