We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate Senior Educational Psychologist to join our dynamics team and help us to redefine the future of healthcare. Job Responsibilities Administered psycho-educational standardized assessments for a range of presenting issues, including diagnostic assessments, school placement, examination accommodations and school admissions. Analyse results of psychological assessments and provide recommendations based on child’s individual needs. Write detailed psychological assessment reports and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders. Provide individual or group psychological intervention/therapy for children and families coping with emotional, behavioural and social difficulties. Provide complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to company policies. What we offer Full-time position with a 5-day work week. Requirements Master's or PhD in Educational Psychology from an accredited university. Experienced in administering diagnostic assessments specializing in IQ testing, Academic evaluations, Autism and ADHD assessments and learning disorders. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pediatrics preferred. Registered psychologist with a recognized professional body or the Singapore Psychological Society. Experience in providing psychological interventions for emotional, social, and behavioral issues. Strong knowledge and skills in case formulation and evidence-based interventions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds. Able to work independently.
