As a Cloud Solution Architect Manager in CSA Global Delivery, you will lead a talented team of Cloud Solution Architects through the realization of successful outcomes for Unified customers in your designated territory and enhance the value that Microsoft provides to our customers. Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of CSAs, modeling Microsoft culture and values, setting clear expectations, and driving performance. Engage in skills and capability discussions to build a skill mix aligned with business goals and team aspirations. Coach the team to develop impactful relationships, focusing on customer experience and success, and lead in accelerating support coverage. Analyze customer mix and industries to build a team that meets demands and drives expansion of Solutions and Support business. Manage performance against business measures and delivery excellence expectations, applying a data‐driven approach. Lead identification of technology and industry trends, gather insights, and map solutions that deliver value‐driven outcomes. Coach the team on Microsoft products, solutions, and support, and leverage the support catalog. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field. 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting. 3+ years of people‐management experience managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers. 5+ years of people‐management experience managing consultants, technical sales teams, and/or technical architects. Demonstrable experience working with or managing outsourced partners. 6+ years of experience in a customer‐facing role. 6+ years of experience leading technical projects, teams, or functions. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. Cantonese or Japanese is a plus. Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
