The ideal candidate will have a strong cricketing background, proven experience coaching players across all age groups, and the to deliver engaging and high-quality sessions that inspire confidence, skill, and enjoyment in the game. This is a hands‐on role that involves leading group sessions, conducting 1:1 coaching, and supporting the continued development of cricket across schools, academies, and club programs under the Kings Club banner. Responsibilities Deliver dynamic and professional coaching sessions for players aged 5–18, as well as adult programs where required. Plan, structure, and deliver training sessions that develop technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills. Lead and manage small groups and 1:1 sessions to support individual player progression. Create an enjoyable, safe, and inclusive environment that aligns with Kings Club values and coaching philosophy. Provide regular feedback and development reports to players and parents. Support match preparation, team selection, and in‐game coaching across Kings Club fixtures and tournaments. Assist in delivering school programs, holiday camps, and wider community initiatives. Maintain professional standards in communication, punctuality, and appearance, representing Kings Club with excellence. Requirements Minimum Cricket Coaching Level 1 qualification (Level 2 preferred). Demonstrated experience leading and running coaching sessions for all ages , including 1:1 player development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with players, parents, and partners. Passionate, professional, and committed to ongoing development as a coach and mentor. Availability to work evenings and weekends in line with the club's schedule. Current First Aid certification and valid background check (or willingness to obtain). Residency in Singapore or valid work eligibility is essential. Full time and part time options available.
