Overview Pre-Registration Pharmacists / Pharmacists The Institute of Mental Health is a 2,000 bed acute tertiary psychiatric hospital. We offer a comprehensive range of psychiatric, rehabilitative and counselling services for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. The Challenges You will provide patient-centred services to the different sub-specialties of psychiatry and mental health. You will: provide professional and clinical services attend multi-disciplinary rounds to contribute to patients' drug therapy management and answer drug queries provide pharmaceutical care services provide medication education and counselling provide drug information services conduct training and education sessions run medication management clinic for outpatients supervise a team of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants participate in clinical research The Requirements Degree in Pharmacy that is registrable in Singapore Pharmacists with hospital working experience are preferred (Pre-Registration Pharmacists are welcome to apply).
