Smart Manufacturing: Engage in projects leveraging AI, data and technology to transform processes.
Regulatory Knowledge: Learn about working in a highly regulated industry and the role of automation in the supply chain.
Cross-Functional Rotations: Rotate across Process Automation, Project Engineering, and Digital Transformation to develop broad skills.
Global Collaboration: Work with global teams on automation strategies and digital excellence initiatives.
