About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Third-Party Risk Analyst to join our Risk & Control team. This role focuses on ensuring data quality and operational integrity across vendor management processes. You will play a critical part in monitoring third‐party engagements, validating contractual information, and supporting system‐driven workflows that safeguard the firm's operational resilience. Key Responsibilities Data Quality Assurance Validate and reconcile Statement of Work (SOW) IDs and related vendor records. Ensure accuracy and completeness of third‐party data across internal systems. Perform periodic audits to identify and remediate data inconsistencies. Operational Monitoring Create and track system e‐tasks to support vendor onboarding, risk assessments, and contract renewals. Monitor workflow steps to ensure timely completion of risk reviews and approvals. Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders when operational bottlenecks or data gaps are identified. Risk & Compliance Support Assist in executing third‐party risk assessments in line with regulatory and internal standards. Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Procurement teams to ensure vendor documentation meets policy requirements. Support reporting and metrics for senior management on vendor risk posture and data quality trends. Continuous Improvement Contribute to process enhancements that improve efficiency and reduce operational risk. Collaborate with technology teams to optimize system workflows and data validation checks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in third‐party risk, vendor management, or operations (preferably in financial services). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets. Familiarity with risk frameworks is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
