We're looking for a Beauty Advisor who's passionate about all things beauty — from skincare to makeup magic If you love helping customers find their perfect products, creating confident smiles, and keeping up with the latest beauty trends, this role is made for you. Job Responsibilities Assisting customers with product testing. Providing beauty services and advice across all brand categories. Establishing strong customer relationships through excellent service and recommendations. Meeting sales targets by recommending products in makeup, skincare, fragrance, and hair care. Operating the POS (cashier) system. Ensuring beauty products are well stocked and presented on the shelves. Performing other ad hoc duties as required. Job Requirements Strong communication skills and ability to multitask. Ability to work shifts as per shopping mall operating hours. Passionate and willing to help customers. Ability to stand for long hours during work. Available any 5 days of the week, including weekends and public holidays. Up to 44 hours a week. Benefits Basic salary + commission + allowance (up to > $3000/Month). Target bonus every year. Staff discounts. Annual leaves / medical leaves. Islandwide hiring. Uniform and training provided.
