Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled IT professional to take on the role of Senior Network Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain network services for clients ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Solve and troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues promptly.
- Administer and maintain company's Local Area Network (LAN), Fortigate firewall and M365 admin centre effectively.
- Participate in IT related projects and undertake additional duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
- A strong background in IT support including desktop and laptop hardware and managing LAN/WAN/Routers/Switches is essential.
- Strong knowledge with hands-on experience in managing Active Directory and M365 admin centre is required.
- The ability to adhere to internal IT processes with good communication skills is mandatory.
- A degree in Engineering Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/IT or its equivalent is necessary.
