Job Overview
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing AI-driven advertising solutions. This role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge algorithms to enhance ad recommendation effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI infrastructure and machine learning models to improve ad recommendation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ad engine mechanisms, including bidding ranking, cold-start strategies, and intelligent bidding systems.
  • Research and implement innovative AI technologies, such as computer vision and generative AI, to improve ad creatives and user experiences.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform product development and strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with product and operations teams to refine recommendation algorithms and strategic mechanisms through A/B testing.
Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with the following qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Strong theoretical foundation in data structures and algorithms, with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and big data analysis.
  • Proficient programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or SQL, with hands-on experience in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • 1-3 years of in-depth academic research or industrial project experience in AI-driven advertising, recommendation systems, or related areas.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly analyze complex business data and propose effective solutions.
