We’re looking for Dog Handler cum Driver to join our passionate team at The Oasis. Dog Handler cum Driver will form a crucial part of our organization, building lasting relationships with customers and providing quality care to pets. Our ideal candidate is hardworking, customer-service oriented, and patient with both pets and people. There’s no better place to launch an exciting, fulfilling career in pet services than The Oasis.
Responsibilities
Chauffeur dogs (Pick up/ Drop off)
Ensure the safety of dogs well-being at all times
Ensure dogs are safe during exercise and while socializing during playtime
Comfortable with handling dogs of all sizes and breeds
Walk and carry out activities for dogs
Ensuring the training area is clean, well-maintained, and free of hazards
Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service
Reporting to immediate superior when encountering problems in day-to-day operations
Operate daycare transport vans on a rotating schedule (every other month)
On non-driving months, working schedule - 10am - 8pm
Qualifications
Possess valid class 3 driving licence with good driving record
Experienced in dogs handling preferred (Able to handle big dogs)
Physical fit to apply in this position
Positive attitude and good work ethic
Good time management skills
Reliable and trustworthy
Knowledgeable about dog's behaviour and breeds is a plus
