Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Regional Project Manager to join our team in Singapore. As the Regional Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of projects. This role requires exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Highlights of what we offer: Dynamic, fun and rewarding working environment Close knitted team Good employee benefits (eg. medical insurance, on job training, etc.)Career growth and development opportunities Roles and Responsibilities Lead construction projects of Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) in both Singapore and overseas market from start to finish, ensuring tasks are completed within budget, scope, and timeline. Collaborate with architects and design teams to create outlet designs that meet company standards, customer needs, and operational requirements. Review and analyse construction documents to ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and project specifications. Manage the process of obtaining necessary licenses and approvals for construction projects. Select and oversee construction contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring they meet project requirements and resolve any issues that arise. Source and evaluate quotations from vendors for construction materials, equipment, and services, negotiating pricing and contracts for cost-effectiveness and quality. Coordinate transportation and delivery of construction materials and equipment, working closely with logistic vendors for efficient operations. Collaborate with equipment providers to procure necessary tools, machinery, and technology for construction projects, managing rentals and maintenance. Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, implement cost-saving measures, and provide regular financial reports. Identify project risks, develop strategies to minimize disruptions or delays, and implement proactive measures. Foster effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring coordination and collaboration. Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards at construction sites, implementing protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Job Requirements At least 5 years working experience in project management, preferably in construction, outlet design, or related fields. Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Able to multi-task and work long and irregular hours depending on the nature and timeline of the events. Willing to travel frequently and take on temporary assignments in various Asian countries to oversee project management. Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams. Qualifications Requirements Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications or professional qualifications are advantageous. Knowledge of event industry trends, best practices, and vendor/supplier networks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
