Vice President, Senior Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities The successful candidate will be part of the AI and Data team, leading the business analysis function for AI/GenAI and data initiatives. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with AI capabilities, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value. The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across business and technology domains to define requirements, assess feasibility, and guide the development of AI-driven and data-driven solutions. Strategic Planning, Governance, Stakeholder Management. Define and maintain the AI/GenAI and data business capability roadmap aligned with enterprise strateg Collaborate with enterprise architects and solution teams to ensure AI and data initiatives meet governance and compliance standard Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insight Champion AI adoption across business units by articulating value propositions and use case Lead discussion, documentation, and validation of business requirements for AI/GenAI and data solution Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for AI and data initiative Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solution Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for AI and data related application Identify high-impact AI and Data use cases and assess their business value and implementation feasibilit Support the design and prototyping of AI and Data solutions, including chatbots, predictive models, data management and automation workflow Advise business units on leveraging AI tools such as MS OpenAI, Power Platform, and Azure AI services, Tableau, Power BI, et Ensure AI solutions adhere to data privacy, ethical AI, and regulatory standard Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to assess and mitigate risks associated with AI deployment Develop training materials and conduct workshops to upskill business users on AI and Data capabilitie Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of AI and Data solution Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning around AI and Data Platform technologies Monitor performance and business impact of deployed AI and Data solution Lead post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement initiative Job Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or product management within the IT indust Minimum 3 years’ experience working with AI/ML and data technologies, including GenAI, NLP, and predictive analyti Experience in leading AI-related business initiatives from ideation to implementati Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related fie Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is preferr ed Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, data lifecycle, and model deployme Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python (basic), and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS Ability to interpret data science outputs and translate them into actionable business insigh Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) and their business applicatio Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across all lev Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabiliti Ability to write clear and concise business requirements, user stories, and functional specificatio Experience in facilitating workshops, conducting interviews, and leading cross-functional tea Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor business analysts and cross-functional tea Strategic mindset with the ability to align AI initiatives with business goals and enterprise architectu Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improveme #J-18808-Ljbffr
