Opportunity: Group-Level Role in Singapore They are seeking a high-calibre Legal Professional to join their team in Singapore. This is a group-level role committed to developing Asia's future business leaders and ensuring corporate integrity across their global operations. Key Responsibilities Strategic Advisory: Lead and advise senior management on legal strategy, risk mitigation, and corporate compliance issues. M&A and Investment: Drive and support end-to-end M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments . Commercial Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, SaaS contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs. Enhance and update the firm's internal policy framework and guidelines. Conduct periodic legal and compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation action plans. Stakeholder Management: Liaise effectively with internal teams, external legal counsel, and regulatory bodies on compliance matters. Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience . Preference given to candidates with experience leading end-to-end corporate M&A acquisitions across APAC, India, and the Middle East. Education: Bachelor's degree in law or related discipline. Expertise: Solid knowledge of laws and regulations across the APAC region . Attributes: Proven ability to manage legal and compliance work independently, manage multiple ongoing matters, and consistently deliver timely results.
