Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented temporary HR support staff to assist the HR department with various administrative and operational tasks. This temporary role will provide essential support in maintaining smooth HR processes and contribute to overall team efficiency. Job Scope: Support the recruitment process, including the shortlisting of candidates, logistics and facilitation of interview e.g. setting up of interview rooms Support temp staff administration including the verifying of timesheet, tracking the onboarding/offboarding of temp staff, applying of temp staff passes Assists in HR events coordination e.g. liaising with external vendors (e.g. caterers) Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements: Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks Good communication skills to liaise with candidates and stakeholders Candidates must be available to work on-site when required Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm Remuneration: $15/hr Contract duration: Up till 30 June 2026 (may be extended to 1-year contract) EA License No: 96C4864 Reg.
