Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales & Project Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role emphasizes project management, with a complementary focus on sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will manage interior design & build projects from inception to completion while also driving new business opportunities in the F&B, retail, and hospitality sectors.Key Responsibilities: A. Project Management Lead the end-to-end management of interior design and build projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Develop project plans, track schedules, manage budgets, and oversee resources to meet client and company expectations. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular site visits, monitor work progress, and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and reports. Provide clear and consistent updates to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. B. Sales & Client Relations Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industries. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and attract potential clients. Requirements & Professional Experience: Proven track record in sales, business development, or client servicing within the F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors is highly preferred. Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse teams and client expectations. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Business, or related fields is advantageous.
