新加坡儿童陪伴师 主要职责是全面照顾三名学龄儿童(一年级、六年级和七年级)的日常生活,并提供专业的学习辅导与监督。如果您热爱教育,具备出色的学术背景和英语能力,并乐于融入家庭生活,我们诚邀您的加入。岗位职责 儿童日常管理 照料孩子们的日常生活起居,确保他们健康、安全、快乐地成长。组织和参与各类益智及户外活动,丰富孩子们的课余生活,培养他们的兴趣爱好。建立良好的作息习惯,协助孩子们养成独立自主的良好品格。学习辅导与监督 全程监督并辅导孩子们的日常学习,包括但不限于家庭作业、项目研究等。根据孩子的学习情况,提供个性化的指导,帮助他们理解并掌握知识点。培养孩子们的学习兴趣和良好的学习习惯,激发他们的求知欲和自主学习能力。与家长保持密切沟通,定期汇报孩子们的学习进展和生活表现。职位要求 学历背景 高校本科及以上学历,教育、语言、英语等相关专业优先。具备扎实的学科知识和教学能力,能够有效辅导小学阶段的各项课程。语言能力 雅思(IELTS)总分7分及以上,具备出色的英语听、说、读、写能力,能流利地与孩子及家庭进行沟通。其他素质 热爱儿童,富有耐心、责任心和亲和力,善于与孩子建立良好的关系。具备良好的沟通协调能力和解决问题的能力。品格端正,无不良嗜好,能适应住家生活。工作时间 需根据孩子们的上学及课外活动时间进行调整,灵活安排工作。薪资与福利 具竞争力的薪资:每月 6000 新币,具体薪资面议,将根据您的经验和能力提供有吸引力的报酬。优厚待遇 提供独立舒适的居住房间,确保您的私人空间。包吃包住,无后顾之忧。协助办理工作签证,全程支持您在新加坡的合法工作。到岗时间 我们希望合适的候选人能在一个月内尽快到岗。期待您的加入,与我们共同为孩子们创造一个积极向上、充满关爱的成长环境Children Companion / Educational Caregiver (Singapore)Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated and caring Children Companion to provide comprehensive care and academic supervision for three school-aged children (Primary 1, Primary 6, and Secondary 1). If you are passionate about education, possess a strong academic background and excellent English proficiency, and enjoy integrating into a family environment, we warmly invite you to join us. Key Responsibilities Daily Care and Child Management Oversee the children's daily routines to ensure their health, safety, and happiness. Organize and participate in various educational and outdoor activities to enrich their after‐school life and cultivate their personal interests. Help the children develop good habits, independence, and positive character traits. Academic Tutoring and Supervision Supervise and assist the children in their daily studies, including but not limited to homework and school projects. Provide personalized academic guidance based on each child's learning progress and needs. Foster curiosity, motivation, and effective study habits to enhance their love of learning. Maintain close communication with parents and provide regular updates on the children's academic performance and overall development. Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Education, English, or related fields preferred. Solid academic knowledge and teaching ability to effectively tutor primary and lower‐secondary subjects. Language Proficiency IELTS overall score of 7.0 or above, with excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Able to communicate fluently and naturally with both children and family members. Other Qualities Passionate about working with children; patient, responsible, and kind‐hearted. Strong interpersonal and problem‐solving skills. Good moral character, healthy lifestyle, and able to adapt to live‐in family arrangements. Working Schedule Flexible working hours according to the children's school timetable and extracurricular activities. Salary and Benefits Competitive Salary: From SGD 6,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. Attractve Benefits: Private and comfortable accommodation provided.
