Administrative Duties
Prepare and manage invoices, cash sales, and all administrative documentation
Generate online sales reports and process withdrawals
Coordinate stock transfers between internal companies
Manage stationery purchases
Process online orders in the absence of designated team members
Respond to customer inquiries as needed
Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks
Accounts Duties
Handle accounts receivable and stock management
Process transactions
Perform other ad hoc accounting tasks
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative procedures
