Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the effective assembly and testing of technical products. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and following assembly instructions, schematic diagrams, and technical specifications.

  • Utilize hand tools and equipment proficiently for assembly tasks
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance processes and implement changes
  • Perform system rack assembly and testing, including troubleshooting when required
  • Support 5S and workplace safety practices
  • Lead and guide operators to meet quality and productivity standards
  • Complete all required documentation and records for production
  • Assist in basic electronics assembly tasks

Key Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 year of relevant experience or training
  • Practical experience in electrical and electronics assembly is essential
  • Competent in MS Office and Google Sheets or equivalent
  • Knowledge or experience in SAP and MES systems is preferred
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team
