Information Technology Infrastructure Manager Cordlife Singapore Singapore, Singapore (On-site)Position Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and strengthen the company's IT infrastructure operations across both on-premise and cloud environments. This role oversees network stability, system reliability, cybersecurity posture, and modernization initiatives across multiple regional offices. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Lead a team responsible for network, systems, and cloud infrastructure. Define the infrastructure roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements. Oversee daily operations, including network performance, connectivity, firewall management, VPN access, and server uptime. Develop and enforce IT infrastructure policies, standard operating procedures, and change management processes. Collaborate with application teams to support incident management and root cause analysis. Monitoring & Reliability Maintain system and service monitoring tools to ensure high availability. Define service-level targets, monitor uptime, and ensure timely incident response. Drive performance optimization, capacity planning, and cost efficiency across infrastructure components. Network & Security Oversee configuration and maintenance of network and security devices. Manage endpoint protection, identity access management, and device management systems. Establish and maintain internal event monitoring and incident response processes. Conduct regular security assessments, patch management, and vulnerability remediation. Cloud & System Management Manage hybrid infrastructure environments supporting business-critical applications. Oversee system patching, backup, and disaster recovery activities. Evaluate and implement cloud-based solutions for scalability and operational efficiency. Ensure integration between corporate and regional infrastructure systems. Project Delivery Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migration initiatives. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure project success. Track timelines, budgets, and risks for all ongoing infrastructure projects. Governance & Compliance Ensure infrastructure operations adhere to data protection and industry compliance standards. Maintain up-to-date documentation, including network diagrams, asset inventory, and incident logs. Support IT audits and compliance reporting processes. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum of eight years of experience in IT infrastructure, including at least three years in a leadership role. Proven experience in network management, cloud administration, system monitoring, identity and endpoint management, and security operations coordination. Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, service management practices, and disaster recovery planning. Experience managing infrastructure across multiple countries or sites is preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of scripting or automation for infrastructure management. Familiarity with intelligent monitoring or AIOps concepts. Understanding of data integration and modern enterprise architecture principles. Professional certification in IT service management or project management is an advantage. Work Environment Based in Singapore headquarters, supporting regional operations.
