If so, we want to hear from youOur Finance team in Singapore is looking for a Finance Specialist to take ownership of daily financial operations and help shape processes for the Japanese market. What you’ll do You’ll join a team of awesome and highly skilled colleagues, working on everything Finance related towards the APAC region. You’ll dig into data, support with tools and audits, and play a key role in financial reporting and process improvements. Day-to-day, you’ll: Liaising with operation specialist, to establish and control invoicing process for business activities in Japan. Being a contact point for Finance related tasks in Japan Being responsible for development of financial statements for the entity liaising with an external auditor/accounting firm Handle local tax issues incl. reporting to the authorities Support ad hoc of other potential financial activity and support to business lines in relation to business in Japan Manage daily operations in Finance including, mailbox monitoring, ensure payments and collaterals.
