In this full‐time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Based in Kampong Ubi, Central Region, you will be part of a talented sales team dedicated to delivering a seamless and rewarding experience for all our customers. What you’ll be doing Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions Demonstrate and showcase the features and benefits of our vehicle inventory Assist customers through the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to delivery Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of our product range, pricing, and promotions Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients Able to take part in short video shooting, doing FB & Tiktok live What we’re looking for Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport Excellent customer service orientation and problem‐solving abilities Enthusiasm, drive, and a passion for delivering outstanding results Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to close deals effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays What we offer At MYCAR PTE LTD, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
