We're on the lookout for a Physiotherapist with a passion for movement, women's health, and helping clients move from rehab to resilience.

At Strength Clinic Academy, you won't just treat symptoms, you'll help clients through strength-informed physiotherapy in a collaborative, gym-based setting.

About the Role

This is not your average clinic job. You'll be working with a wide spectrum people — from new moms to athletes — integrating manual therapy, exercise-based rehab, and education into your treatment plans. You'll have the space to grow, collaborate with coaches, and help women thrive across all life stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed MSK and (not required but a bonus: pelvic health assessments)
  • Treat and guide clients through structured rehab plans
  • Work with a mix of prenatal, postnatal, athletic, and general clients
  • Collaborate with strength coaches for rehab-to-performance transitions
  • Communicate clearly and build strong client relationships
  • Contribute to team learning, CPD sessions, and workshops

Requirements

  • Recognised Physiotherapy degree
  • Eligible for AHPC registration in Singapore
  • MSK experience and/or women's health background
  • Strong interest in exercise-based rehab and functional training
  • Communicates with empathy and clarity
  • Enjoys working in a team-based, high-energy environment
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Singapore

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in pre/postnatal care, diastasis rehab, or pelvic floor therapy
  • Strength & conditioning knowledge or gym-based rehab experience
  • Familiarity with VALD or objective testing tools
  • Comfort working alongside personal trainers and performance staff
  • Insurance coverage
