Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Oversee team to develop and implement ERM framework & programme for the organisation.
Ensure continuous monitoring through reviews of Ri-Sys incidents.
Internal Governance
Oversee team to plan, conduct & evaluate structured operational, financial & compliance internal control reviews.
Follow up on prior audits management responses to review the progress of actions plans committed until closure.
Plan and develop initiatives to promote a positive internal control culture in NUP.
Data Governance
Oversee team to drive the development and formulation of policies and procedures to align with the requirements of MOH and NUHS to guide proper management of personal and business data for compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and prevailing policies on Data Management.
Develop and implement education & awareness initiatives to foster culture & improve NUP awareness on good data protection and governance practices, policies and regulations.
Data Protection
Oversee team to ensure end to end data breach management from breach containment and investigation to internal and/or external escalation to closure recommendation and follow up.
Ensure performance monitoring and promote recognition of data protection efforts.
Plan and execute data protection audits and follow up audits to drive policy adoption.
Strategic Planning
Oversee team to work with stakeholders to develop Organization’s goals, strategies, work plan and KPIs.
Reporting and monitoring of organization performance.
Identify gaps in KPIs and work with stakeholders and senior management to develop resolution and tactical plans.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline, with minimum 10 years of experience (preferably in Healthcare).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience in project management. Able to work with stakeholders across departments & institutions.
Comfortable with ambiguity, able to lead team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills. Able to deliver required outcomes within a short timeline.
