What You Will Be Doing Architectural Leadership: Crafting and executing sophisticated feature architectures that prioritize scalability, code elegance, and transformative user impact. Strategic Collaboration: Partnering with product visionaries to refine ambitious concepts and spearheading technical strategy sessions that bridge innovation with implementation. System Excellence: Overseeing platform reliability, optimizing performance metrics, and proactively engineering solutions before challenges become problems. Technical Innovation: Making pivotal architectural choices that directly enhance user engagement and drive platform growth at scale. What You Won't Be Doing Jumping between fragmented, short-lived initiatives or chasing fleeting technology fads without strategic purpose. Maintaining legacy internal systems or handling outsourced development work disconnected from real user impact. Drowning in bureaucratic processes or wrestling with mundane infrastructure headaches that drain creative energy. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1 year of comprehensive full-stack expertise, demonstrating mastery across frontend interfaces and backend architectures. At least 2 years as the lead technical decision-maker for a SaaS platform, with proven experience driving strategic technical initiatives. Minimum 4 years of hands‐on experience building and scaling real-world SaaS solutions, excluding outsourcing or internal IT maintenance roles. Demonstrated proficiency integrating generative AI tools and technologies into daily development workflows and product features.
