Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and updating our official social media platforms and websites.

You will be responsible for creating compelling content for social media, websites, and articles, as well as brainstorming and proposing innovative promotional strategies to boost our brand image and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update official social media platforms and websites
  • Create engaging content for social media, websites, and articles
  • Develop and propose new promotional strategies to boost brand image and awareness
  • Prepare press releases for announcements
  • Liaise with influencers and community leaders for community outreach
  • Manage digital promotion campaigns such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Develop and adapt promotional plans to align with each product release
  • Analyze data from social media, surveys, and ad campaigns to optimize performance

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing/Communications
  • Has at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of social media/digital marketing platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
  • Ability to learn the product to boost the promotion of the brand and product
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and resolve challenges effectively
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative independently
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to working on occasional weekends/public holidays for company events
  • Open to traveling overseas for business trips when required
  • Familiarity with games, anime, or internet culture is a strong advantage
