What We're Looking For- Experienced 360 recruiter with a strong track record and trusted reputation among clients and candidates
- In-depth market knowledge and a well-established talent network in Infrastructure and Cybersecurity
- Familiar with key regulations and frameworks including ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, NIST, and GDPR
- Proven success in client acquisition, business development, and managing major accounts
- Prior experience recruiting within the Financial Services industry is preferred
- A natural team player who embodies our core values of collaboration, honesty, and trust
- Committed to high-quality standards with a strong willingness to learn and share expertise
- Solid understanding of infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies, trends, and best practices
- Maintains an established talent pool within the infrastructure and cybersecurity space
- Confident and articulate communicator, skilled in engaging with senior stakeholders
- Naturally proactive networker, actively building and expanding connections within the industry
- Demonstrates resilience, drive and genuine passion for talent acquisition
