Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to drive business growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions across various departments.

  • Recruitment Strategies:
  • Create and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top candidates
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including staffing agencies and recruiters
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of successfully filling open positions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure employees are meeting expectations
  • Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and objectives
  • Analyze employee performance data to identify areas for improvement

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Design and implement competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop and maintain benefits programs to support employee well-being and productivity
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations

Learning and Development:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content
  • Analyze training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
