Summary : Basic up to $22005 days work (700am - 430pm)Work life balance Central Key Responsibility : Greet clients courteously and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction. Interact with customers professionally and resolve any complaints promptly and politely. Communicate customer feedback and relevant comments to supervisors for follow-up. Coordinate with the Micro Kitchen Manager to plan operations efficiently and meet delivery timelines. Place daily stock orders using the designated device. Report any stock discrepancies or irregularities to the Micro Kitchen Manager. Update online order sheets to reflect accurate stock quantities delivered to clients. Assist in setting up Micro Kitchens, including arranging food, beverages, and service items according to hygiene and presentation standards. Ensure all food items are properly labeled and displayed neatly. Adhere to delivery schedules and maintain smooth daily operations. Keep all work areas, equipment, and utensils clean and orderly while respecting the client’s premises. Perform daily service tasks, including: Refilling coolers and snack racks Cleaning coffee machines and related equipment Maintaining cleanliness and organization of stock rooms and pantry areas Job Requirements : Prior experience in pantry, catering, or hospitality services preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented. Able to work independently and in a team environment.
