You will be directly responsible for understanding market dynamics and creating content, initiatives, and campaigns to inspire clients to enhance their risk-weighted returns in a Timely, Relevant, Engaging, and Actionable (TREA) manner. You will also be instrumental in helping to improve key KPIs such as %Client Trading (monthly average), % of Multi Asset Clients, %Newly Funded Clients (NFC) to Newly Trading Clients (NTC), #Social Sharing and Referral Rate across our varied set of clients that include both trader and investor personas. Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop high-quality, actionable content and campaigns tailored to our clients’ interests, market conditions, and product offerings, driving them to make informed trading decisions. Educational Content: Present educational materials to customers in Webinars or host on our website to promote financial literacy, responsible investing, and empower individuals to make informed investment decisions. Content Distribution: Ensure the delivery of engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience and supports the company's overarching goals in the investment and trading domain. Market Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with global market trends and news, quickly creating content that reflects opportunities or potential shifts in the trading and investing landscape. Campaign Management: Design and implement effective email, platform, and social media campaigns, working closely with marketing and analytics teams to optimize engagement rates and identify the most impactful messaging. Content Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a content roadmap that aligns with business goals, seasonal market events, and client trading patterns. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of client engagement across content types and client persona types, using data to refine and enhance future campaigns. Collaboration: Participate in Local, Regional, and Global Client inspiration Daily Huddle meetings and adopt relevant content for Saxo Singapore clients, be responsible for localizing the content and publishing on Saxo Singapore website as well as Platform. Also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, and product development, to ensure that content supports and enhances the company's aspirations in promoting ethical investing practices, regulatory compliance, and customer empowerment. Client Events: Prepare and coordinate physical events to help build out our brand and help clients to understand market dynamics and the risks and opportunities that it brings. Championing Key Values: Championing a culture of integrity, transparency, and customer-centricity within the content team, reflecting the company's aspirations to foster trust, empower investors, and promote responsible financial decision-making. Copywriting: Cover copywriting for all articles written locally, any content written by regional as well as HQ, Quarterly Outlooks. All press releases and any content published publicly on social media and the company’s trading platforms. Skills Required: University Degree – Finance, Science, or Engineering preferred. Strong understanding of global markets, trading products, and regulatory considerations. Proven track record with financial content creation, campaign management, and client engagement within trading or financial markets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex financial concepts into accessible and actionable insights. Prior experience in handling content writing for FX, CFDs, Equities, ETFs, Derivatives CFDs, Options, Futures is highly desired to succeed in this role. Data-driven with an analytical mindset, experienced in performance tracking to continuously improve engagement. You are motivated by working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with ambitious goals.
