About The Role We are looking for a sharp, driven Associate/Senior Associate who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence for the CEO Office at Circles. You will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the leadership team, and business units across the company to drive high-impact projects, strengthen our company operating rhythm, and position Circles as a category creator and industry disruptor. As an Associate/Senior Associate in the CEO Office, you will be the connective tissue of the organization: leading and managing execution of cross-functional initiatives, supporting the CEO in both strategy and operations, and enabling the leadership team to focus on what matters most. You will plug gaps across functions, drive alignment, and foster tighter collaboration across teams. This role spans five core areas: Internal and External Communications Manage communications where the CEO is directly involved (town halls, company-wide emails, staff recognition, investor and partner updates, LinkedIn, press releases). Draft and distribute internal communications to keep the company informed, aligned, and motivated. Collaborate with Marketing, People & Culture and relevant Business Units to ensure message clarity, consistency, and impact.
