#NEW#Microsoft 365 & Cloud Infra Engineer - 12 Months (Renewable & Convertable) Locaiton : Singapore Addtional : AWS + 1-2 months VB, Medical Insurance - Upto 15 Months We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support secure, scalable, and efficient Microsoft 365 services and Azure cloud environments. This role is key to enhancing enterprise collaboration, ensuring security compliance, optimizing performance, and enabling seamless integration between productivity tools and underlying cloud infrastructure.The ideal candidate is a technical expert with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure infrastructure, and virtualization platforms . You will work closely with cybersecurity, support, and development teams to deliver robust, secure, and reliable solutions.Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD). Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, networking, storage, and backup solutions. Implement and manage security policies (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, Defender for Cloud) ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 and Azure-related incidents within agreed SLAs. Manage user identities, permissions, and access controls in hybrid and cloud environments. Monitor system health, security, and performance using tools such as Azure Monitor, Sentinel, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Optimize cloud usage, performance, and cost efficiency. Lead and support migrations, upgrades, and feature deployments for Microsoft 365 and Azure services. Provide technical training and mentorship to junior engineers and end-users. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with best practices. Requirements Essential Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration , including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID. Proven experience managing Azure infrastructure (VMs, VNets, Storage, Backup & Recovery). Solid understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, TCP/IP networking, and SSO integrations. Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware). Experience in cloud security, compliance, and identity management. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation. Experience with hybrid environments integrating on-premises and cloud services. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305). Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-100, MS-101). AWS certifications are a plus. Additional Assets: Familiarity with ServiceNow. Project management experience in mid-to-enterprise scale deployments. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
