Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Report on sales performance and provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty and aesthetics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
