Responsibilities Interpret structural plans, technical specifications (SS EN, BCA codes) and project documentation to understand design intent. Collaborate with Architectural, M&E and C&S teams to ensure coordinated structural designs Prepare and review structural analyses, calculation reports, temporary works proposals rebar detailing and construction drawings. Ensure all structural submissions and works adhere to the standards and requirements of BCA, URA, PUB, LTA, NEA and SCDF. Carry out on-site structural inspections such as rebar, formwork, concreting and TOP-related checks. Liaise closely with the RE/RTO team to verify that construction activities follow endorsed drawings and engineering guidelines. Assess technical issues on site and recommend practical engineering solutions for unexpected challenges or buildability concerns. Track structural work progress, ensuring workmanship quality, adherence to safety standards and timely delivery. Requirements Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or its equivalent A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience related to residential developments Solid knowledge of SS EN standards, BCA Codes and Eurocodes 2 & 3Excellent problem solving ability and proactive approach to resolving site issues Good interpersonal and communication skills Adaptable and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified. #J-18808-Ljbffr
