Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidaysAs a Waiter or Waitress at Sofra, you will be a key part of the front-of-house team, responsible for delivering excellent service, guiding guests through the menu, and creating a welcoming dining experience. Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve dishes in a timely and courteous manner
Provide menu recommendations and answer customer queries
Ensure the cleanliness of tables and the dining area
Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant
Handle billing and payment transactions
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or café is preferred, but freshers with a positive attitude are welcome
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Polite, friendly, and customer-oriented personality
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Physically fit to stand for extended periods and carry trays or food
Singaporeans, PRs, and foreign candidates with a valid work permit may apply
