Job ID: Job Summary Exciting opportunity for an experienced BPS Sales professional to drive revenue growth and build strategic client relationships. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets in the BPS sector. Identify and qualify high-potential prospects across key industries, creating tailored value propositions. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain a robust sales pipeline, provide accurate revenue forecasts, and report regularly to senior management. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions. Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance performance (if applicable). Contribute to marketing materials, sales collateral, and thought leadership initiatives. Requirements Minimum 10–15 years of experience in BPS sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas. Strong knowledge of BPS services, including Customer Service (voice & digital), Finance & Accounting (F&A), Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO), and Revenue Operations. Familiarity with technology in BPS, such as AI, automation, analytics, and cloud solutions. Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Established network within target industries. Willingness to travel as required. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to work independently and collaboratively. Experience managing and motivating sales teams is an added advantage.
