Lead Frontend Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Frontend Architect to drive the architecture, scalability, and performance of next-generation user interfaces using and React Native.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building large-scale frontend systems with expertise in both web ) and mobile (React Native) environments.
  • A strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, , React Native, Redux/Zustand, , Expo/Metro bundler, and related frontend tooling is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and review scalable, high-performance, and maintainable frontend systems across web and mobile platforms.
  • Act as a frontend domain expert, guiding multiple teams through architectural decisions, design reviews, and technology evaluations.
  • Translate complex product and business goals into pragmatic, scalable frontend architectures that support long-term growth and innovation.
  • Build reusable UI components and design systems to promote efficiency, consistency, and quality across teams.
  • Mentor engineers, lead knowledge sharing initiatives, and cultivate a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of Computing, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience building large-scale frontend systems with expertise in both web and mobile environments.
  • Strong technical skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, , React Native, Redux/Zustand, , Expo/Metro bundler, and related frontend tooling.
  • Proven ability to design frontend architecture for scalable, performant, and resilient applications, including mobile-web integration, micro-frontend design, and offline support.
  • Experience establishing frontend coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, design system governance, and performance monitoring frameworks.
  • Constantly explores and integrates emerging UI/UX trends, frontend technologies, and frameworks that align with business and user needs.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is highly desirable to liaise with clients and counterparts to understand their technical requirements.
