Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished technical professional to fill a Senior Service Engineer role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.

The successful candidate will possess strong skills in equipment installation and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Pick and Place equipment for Advanced Packaging. Additionally, they will lead equipment improvement programs, upgrades, preventive maintenance, overhaul, modifications, and repair works.

As a Senior Service Engineer, you will also be required to liaise with customers on technical matters, respond to complaints, and provide timely solutions to resolve customer issues for assigned projects. Furthermore, you will monitor and report the performance of products, providing regular updates and feedback on customer service requests.

Your responsibilities will include supporting in-house applications development, customer samples evaluation, and on-site benchmarking exercises. You must have a strong educational background in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: On-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of Pick and Place equipment for Advanced Packaging.
  • Continual Improvement: Lead equipment improvement programs, upgrades, preventive maintenance, overhaul, modifications, and repair works.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers on technical matters, respond to complaints, and provide timely solutions to resolve customer issues for assigned projects.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report the performance of products, provide regular updates, and feedback on customer service requests.
  • Application Development: Support in-house applications development, customer samples evaluation, and on-site benchmarking exercises.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Technical Expertise: Semiconductor Pick & Place equipment and Epoxy process knowledge.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and good interpersonal skills, meticulous, organized, and resourceful team player.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision, able to work in cleanroom environments, and willing to travel frequently.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.
