$ 4500 -$ 6500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Overview
We're looking for an AI Engineer to design and implement advanced AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems. This role combines technical expertise with business impact, from building prototypes to guiding stakeholders in AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and translate business challenges into AI/ML solutions.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end AI projects, from PoC to production-ready prototypes.
  • Assess data readiness, quality, and governance for AI applications.
  • Research and apply emerging technologies (Generative AI, LLMs, MLOps).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring prototypes into production.
  • Communicate AI value and ROI to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Or 1- 3 years in AI/ML engineering, solution design, or data science.
  • Strong in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and LangChain.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps.
  • Track record of deployed AI solutions or publications in top AI conferences.
  • Domain knowledge in logistics/shipping/supply chain is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
