Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue targets. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed performance goals. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales. • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses. • Recruit, train, and manage sales staff, setting KPIs and performance standards. • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. ⸻ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role. • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications: • Industry experience in interior design, ID material or construction industry • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism. • Prefer at least 5-10 years experience in selling ID material such as flooring, decking, and wall panels.
