Drive Product‐Market Fit validation across various segments through data‐driven hypothesis testing, pilot programs, and customer feedback. Continuously refine product positioning, pricing strategies, and value propositions to enhance competitive advantage and accelerate customer adoption. Requirement Discovery & Customer Engagement Collaborate directly with clients, operators, and engineering teams to gain deep insights into design and operational challenges such as energy efficiency, thermal management, predictive maintenance, and system interoperability. Convert complex customer challenges into well‐defined product requirements and user stories, ensuring strong alignment between customer needs and product priorities. Act as the "voice of the customer" internally to guide strategic product decisions. Agent AI Product Design & Validation Lead the design and deployment of Agent‐based AI features that support intelligent decision‐making throughout the lifecycle, including design validation, energy optimization, real‐time operations, and autonomous maintenance. Work closely with R&D and data science teams to integrate Digital Twin simulations and AI‐Agent orchestration into scalable, modular product architectures. Foster a culture of continuous innovation through experimentation, rapid prototyping, and cross‐team collaboration. Facilitate product reviews, conduct internal training sessions, and lead customer demonstrations. Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with product knowledge and materials to support effective sales processes. Partner with technical teams to balance technical feasibility with market needs.
