We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branding, Public Relations & KOL Operations Manager/Specialist to elevate our brand presence and drive impactful engagement. This role is crucial for amplifying our message, building strong media relationships, and cultivating influential partnerships to enhance our reputation and reach. Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Messaging Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's brand identity, messaging, and storytelling. Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all public-facing communications and channels. Public Relations Management Develop and execute comprehensive Public Relations strategies to secure positive media coverage and manage brand reputation. Draft and distribute compelling press releases, media kits, Q&A's, and other Public Relations materials. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, media outlets, industry analysts, and relevant influencers. Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and speaking opportunities for company spokespersons. Monitor media coverage, analyze Public Relations effectiveness, and prepare reports. Manage crisis communications and reputation issues as needed. KOL (Key Opinion Leader) / Influencer Operations Identify, vet, and establish relationships with relevant KOLs, influencers, and content creators across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, industry forums). Develop and negotiate partnership agreements with KOLs, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and budget. Plan, execute, and monitor KOL campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and performance tracking (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions). Manage ongoing communication and nurturing of KOL relationships. Analyze KOL campaign effectiveness, prepare performance reports, and derive actionable insights. Content Collaboration Collaborate with internal content teams to ensure Public Relations and KOL activities are integrated with broader content strategies. Guide KOLs on content creation that resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand guidelines. Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends, competitor Public Relations activities, and emerging KOL landscapes to identify new opportunities and refine strategies. Reporting & Analytics Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Public Relations coverage, brand sentiment, KOL campaign reach, engagement, and ROI. Provide data-driven insights to optimize future strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Proven track record of securing significant media coverage and/or managing successful KOL campaigns. Strong existing network of media contacts and/or KOL relationships is a significant advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and adapt messaging for various audiences and platforms. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and identify trends. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)Experience working in the Web3, cryptocurrency, or FinTech industry. Experience managing global or regional Public Relations/KOL campaigns. Demonstrated ability to manage crisis communications effectively.
