Project Management Executive - Entry Level

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different industries. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Project Planning & Coordination – Assist in developing detailed project plans that align with client and business objectives
    • Timeline & Schedule Management – Track project progress, identify potential delays, and coordinate with teams to stay on schedule
    • Data Management & Reporting – Maintain accurate project records and prepare clear, data-driven reports for management
    • Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Serve as a point of contact to understand client needs, provide updates, and ensure seamless project execution

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, project management software, and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
